Using Our Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use our Services.
Account Registration. You can browse our website without registering for an account. However, to purchase products or access certain features, you will need to register and create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, and to promptly update any information if it changes. Each user may only register for one account.
Ordering Products. You can purchase products directly through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Crossi®. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.
Shipping and Delivery. We will arrange for shipment of any products you purchase through a third party carrier. The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address where you or your designee can accept delivery. Shipping costs will be presented at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Payments. All payments are processed by secure third party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store full payment card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax based on the jurisdiction where products are shipped, as well as any import duties or other applicable taxes and fees for international shipments.
Modifications. Prices and availability for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or make substitutions to products at any time without prior notice.
Returns. Purchases come with a 30-day return policy. You may request a refund or exchange for most items returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized orders are generally not returnable. Read our complete Returns and Refunds Policy for details.
Termination. We may terminate your account and access to our Services immediately for any breach of these Terms, with or without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice for any reason. Deactivated accounts due to violations will not be reinstated.
Intellectual Property
The content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, documents, products, site layout, images, videos, designs, compilations, computer code, and other content is the property of Crossi® and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or publicly display any content from the Services without express written permission from Crossi®.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide is entirely voluntary. We may use any feedback or suggestions without obligation or restriction and are free to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, and otherwise exploit any submissions for any purposes without attribution or compensation.
User Content
You are responsible for any material you post, upload, or otherwise make available on our Services. You may not post illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or profane material. Do not post content that infringes or violates another’s rights.

In no event shall our total liability arising out of any request for services or your use of or inability to use the Services exceed, in the aggregate, the fees paid by you for access to the particular portion of the Services at issue during the six (6) months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim for liability.
